Venture Building

Our Mission

We're building the agentic AI intelligence layer that fixes industrial field service. One in three technician visits fails because the knowledge needed - diagnosis, parts, history - is trapped across disconnected legacy systems.

We sit on top of a manufacturer's existing ERP, FSM and telemetry, cross-reference everything and predict the exact diagnosis and parts needed before the technician starts the van.

Where we stand today:

  • Backed by Uplift Ventures (the corporate venture arm of Jungheinrich AG)

  • Secured MVP funding

  • 81% diagnostic accuracy proven on real service data

  • Live enterprise pilot running inside one of Europe's three largest intralogistics companies

  • Targeting a €8.5bn+ market

What you’ll do

You are the Co-Founder and founding operator who turns a live pilot and a verbal "yes" into signed contracts, successful deployments and a company that runs without the CEO in every room.

This role evolves: Year 1 you're in the room with every customer. Year 3 you run revenue and operations. Year 5 you're building an independent company across Europe.

Own Pilot Execution On the Ground: Physically sit with users at customer sites. Catch adoption problems on Day 3, not Month 6. The entire flywheel depends on whether end users trust the AI - you earn that trust in person.

Close Enterprise Deals End-to-End: The CEO opens the door and gets the handshake. You own everything after:

  • Procurement cycles (6–18 months in DACH Mittelstand)

  • IT security reviews and vendor onboarding

  • Legal redlining and contract negotiation

  • Building the process so deal #3 closes in half the time of deal #1

Build the Operational Backbone

  • Compliance and security readiness for enterprise buyers

  • Pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, follow-up cadence

Work Cross-Functionally with Product & Engineering

  • Translate workflow friction into product priorities

  • Shape the onboarding playbook so every new customer is faster than the last

  • Build the ROI proof methodology that turns pilots into renewals

This role is for you if

  • You're a finisher, not a strategist - you ship, close and follow through. The last 20% is where you come alive.

  • Your're experienced in enterprise environments where the buyer runs SAP, decisions take months and the end user didn't choose your product.

  • You're comfortable building from zero - you've operated where there was no playbook, no process, no team to hand things to.

  • You're strong in customer - facing situations: discovery, objection handling, procurement navigation, on-site workshops.

  • You're able to move between a startup founder's speed on Monday and a three-hour procurement review on Tuesday without resenting either.

  • You're fluent in German and English - non-negotiable. German to sell into DACH, English for international pilots and the technical team.

Bonus points (nice-to-have):

  • Top Tier Consulting background on industrial operations or service transformation - then transitioned to operating

  • Former service operations role at a manufacturing OEM - you've lived this problem from the customer side

  • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience selling into industrial, logistics or manufacturing

  • Forward-deployed or customer-embedded roles (Palantir, Celonis or similar)

What we offer

  • A real co-founder seat. Meaningful equity stake - not a token option grant. You build it, you own it when we spin out the venture.

  • The rarest unfair advantage: a live enterprise pilot, funded MVP and direct access to Jungheinrich's ecosystem from Day 1. You skip the "searching for customer #1" phase entirely.

  • A founding team that moves fast and knows its gaps. A CEO who sells and a CTO who builds. We're not adding a co-founder for the pitch deck - we need you to make this a company

  • A real industrial problem. Not a wrapper, not a chatbot. A structural failure affecting every manufacturer in Europe — and a window to build the category leader before the incumbents catch up.
