What you’ll do
We’re looking for operators and builders with creativity, agency and entrepreneurial ambitions. You’ll work with experienced entrepreneurs, internal teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
You can expect to research markets and trends to identify opportunities and new venture concepts. You'll work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and help prototype, build and validate business models. You'll leverage Jungheinrich's expertise and build relationships with customers, external partners and investors.
This isn't an analysis or strategy role - you’ll work hands on from day one, learning the skills needed to build a company by doing.
This role is for you if
You're scrappy, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
You are comfortable with uncertainty. You’re open to pivots and aren’t too attached to specific ideas/features/directions.
You're an excellent communicator with confidence in front of internal and external stakeholders.
You’ve built something (e.g. a community, a side project, a blog, a company, etc) from scratch.
You’re curious about technology and actively experiment with and integrate new AI tools.
Fluent in English and German.
Bonus: You have prior experience in logistics, startups, or building teams.
