As a Venture Building Intern, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be in the trenches with experienced founders, gaining hands-on experience and helping shape real-world ventures. If you have an entrepreneurial itch and the drive to turn "what if" into "what’s next," we want to meet you!
What you’ll do
Operations: Support one of our entrepreneurial teams to execute on their current product and commercial goals.
Drive Project Goals: Ensure that the right steps are taken to deliver on and reach core project goals
Get Hands-on: Support prototyping and user testing—learning how to iterate fast based on real feedback.
Pitch Progress: Help craft compelling narratives and decks to present venture concepts to our stakeholders.
Collaborate: Work daily with a high-energy team of entrepreneurs, designers, and industry experts.
What you bring
Academic Background: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Innovation Management, Digital Business, or a similar field.
First Steps: Some initial experience (internships, university projects, or side hustles) in startups, consulting, or business development is a huge plus.
Analytical Mindset: You can look at a pile of data and spot the "so what?"
Coordination Master: You take tasks and dissect them into their essential details.
Ownership: A proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude. You don't wait for instructions; you look for solutions.
Tech Savvy: A genuine passion for new technologies and disruptive business models.
Communication: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
